Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Civil Structural Engineer to join our client's team in the construction industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of structural systems, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and evaluate structural systems for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications using relevant software.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance with project designs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Assess project feasibility by analyzing material costs, timelines, and environmental impacts.
• Ensure adherence to local and international building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to address construction challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• COREN certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in structural engineering within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
