We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Student Service Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Procurements: Assist in procurements of administrative accessories.
• Student Satisfaction: Achieve a student loss rate below 5% per intake after intake closing.
• Fund Recovery: Achieve at least 93% fund recovery per month based on assigned program
• Assist the Students during Tea break.
• Feedback and Complaint Handling: Provide various departments with feedback from students, respond to student complaints, and provide required information about the school.
• Secretarial Duties: Manage a dedicated email address and handle other secretarial activities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of work experience.
