Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Supermarket Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient inventory management, and strong financial performance.
• The ideal candidate will lead by example, managing staff, optimizing processes, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and overall store presentation.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking while minimizing waste and shrinkage.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage supermarket staff, creating work schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve customer complaints, and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Sales & Profitability: Develop strategies to increase sales, manage budgets, track financial performance, and control costs.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or supermarket management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
