Description

• A supervisor oversees the day-to-day performance of employees.
• A supervisor may manage a team, a shift or an entire department.
• Supervisors have excellent organizational and communication skills. These skills help them transfer information from upper management to employees and communicate their teams’ performance or needs to high-level managers.

Responsibilities

• Managing workflow.
• Training new hires.
• Creating and managing team schedules.
• Reporting to HR and senior management.
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
• Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years work experience.
