Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage lounge staff to ensure efficient operations
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage sales, track inventory, and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any field
• Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality or related industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
