We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Supervisor

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business.
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics.
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
• and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Adequate communication of promotional activities.
• Drive incremental depletion through effective management of promotional activity in assigned outlets.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate sales representative's schedules.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Competency / Skills / Requirements

• NCE / OND qualification with a minimum of 1-year experience.
• Product knowledge of all goods the company deals in.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Good commercial understanding of numerical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate at all levels.

Salary
N35,000 / month.
