Surveillance Officer (CCTV Operations)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
• Support users of CCTV system by responding and resolving any issues
• Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
• Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets.
• Be familiar with windows operating system and basic networking
• Provide recommendations about security and support on the CCTV system
• Troubleshoot all CCTV system issues
• Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
• Perform other related duties as required during working hours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• B.Sc., HND, OND, C&G, or Trade Test II & I in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering / Computer Science and ICT;
• Demonstrable practical experience in especially on CCTV SYSTEM like Hikvision, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, Networking
• Experience with software integration and customization is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and IP network design for surveillance systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Experience managing vendors and suppliers.
