Role Summary

• As a Technical Lead in our IT team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of innovative and efficient financial solutions.
• You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Developers and other IT personnels, to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead the technology team by recruiting, nurturing, and managing an efficient technical team, ensuring team members possess the necessary technical skills and expertise. Actively promote team collaboration, stimulate innovation, and foster a spirit of cooperation.
• Team Motivation and Development: Develop and implement effective team motivation plans to drive team performance and individual development. Provide training and development opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement of team members' skill levels
• Technical Leadership: Ensure the company remains competitive in technology by providing a clear technical vision and leading the team in execution.
• Collaboration with Business Teams: Collaborate closely with business teams, understanding business requirements, and providing appropriate technical solutions.
• Technology Strategy Planning: Develop and execute technology strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide strategic advice on new technologies and trends.
• Architecture Design: Be responsible for formulating and maintaining a scalable, high-performance technical architecture, particularly in the areas of Java, Spring Cloud, and microservices.
• Technology Innovation: Drive technology innovation and maintain sensitivity to industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Rich experience and a strong technical background in Java development, Spring Cloud, and microservices.
• At least 7 Years of software development/architect experience
• Proven experience in successfully leading technical teams, fostering teamwork, and encouraging innovation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members from different domains.
• Outstanding team management and motivation skills, creating a positive work environment and unleashing the potential of team members.
• Sharp insights into emerging technologies and trends, with the ability to integrate them into the company's technology strategy.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills in formulating and executing technology strategies.
