Job Position: Technical Sales Engineer
Job Location: Victorial Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Marketing and Sales of Construction Chemicals through architects, Structural Consultants, design consultants, Construction Companies, Flooring and Waterproofing Application.
• Sales of Construction Chemicals through Channels.
• Cold calling for new business opportunities.
• Develop business plan and sales strategy to corporate clients that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Identify new customers, markets and opportunities for business expansion.
• Achieve set target sales for the month.

Key Qualifications

• Degree preferably in any engineering  / science course will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in construction chemicals
• Good Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
• Should have good networks with construction companies, builders, contractors, architects, fabricators and dealer network in this field

Required Skills:

• Should have strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills and selling attitude; capable to deal at any level.
• Computer literate and comfortable with MS applications.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
• Available to travel extensively.
• Work productively both independently and in a team environment
• Quick assimilator of technical information

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly
