Job Description

• The Apple iStore is looking for IT software support experts that are passionate about the Apple brand.
• Your duties will include assisting customers with technical support on the various Apple devices.

Requirements

• IT Qualification
• 1+ year experience in IT support
• Software Support experience essential
• Hardware Support experience is advantageous
