• Portfolio management
• Follow-up on corporate clients
• Generate leads for the sales team
• Manage CRM database
• Follow-up on orders
• Up-selling

Requirements

• A good first Degree
• Time management
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Target oriented
• Above average MS Office application proficiency
• Knowledge of CRM database operation
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in customer service role.
