• As a telemarketing personnel, your responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, explaining features and benefits, and persuading them to make a purchase.
• You'll need to maintain a polite and professional demeanor, follow scripts, handle objections, and update customer information accurately.
• Meeting sales targets, building rapport, and providing excellent customer service are key aspects of the role.
