Job Position: Telesales Representative
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time (Hybrid)

Job Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative at Koolboks.
• As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with potential customers over the phone, providing excellent customer service and support, and driving sales through effective training and product knowledge.
• This role is primarily located in Lagos but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service and customer support abilities
• Experience in sales
• Ability to provide effective training to customers
• Relevant qualifications with experience.

Relevant skills that would be beneficial for this role include:

• Knowledge of refrigeration and cooling technology
• Experience in the solar energy industry
• Fluency in local languages
• Prior experience in telesales
