Tendering Engineer

AVID HR Consulting - Our client is an indigenous Nigerian joint venture company, offering engineering, installation and offshore project management expertise. They are dedicated to serving offshore oil and gas industry to execute the largest and most complex EPIC deepwater projects.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Tendering Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure bids are submitted on time in accordance with customer requirements and internal rules/procedures.
• Participate in site visits/pre-bid meetings if required to identify all risks related to the project for Tendering during site visits and advise Management accordingly.

Requirements

• A First degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in the oil and gas sector and a significant technical experience in Engineering associated with a first exposure to commercial challenges (Contract/ SCM/ Tendering) would be appreciated.
