Job Position: Terminal Manager
Job Locations: Trade fair, Alaba, Maza Maza regions - Lagos, Aba - Abia, Akwa Ibom, Onitsha - Anambra, Owerri - Imo, and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Description 

• We are seeking motivated managerial candidates with previous experience in courier services to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the daily sales target for the assigned business is increased
• Coordinate the activities of couriers and delivery operations for increased performance
• Gain new clientele while maintaining the existing corporate clients.
• Ensure that all shipments are properly logged in the branch’s software on a timely basis.
• Establish an innovative roadmap for achieving the business week-by-week growth.
• Coordinate truck provision with fleet operations to ensure timely delivery of all mail and parcel/haulage consignments.
• Track Shipment to the ultimate destination
• Ensure that employees follow the strategic plan and meet the company's goals.

Candidate Profile

• B.Sc / HND from a recognized Tertiary Institution with at least 6 years post-qualification experience in the courier business
• The preferred applicant should have expertise in passenger transportation, courier or haulage.

Remuneration

• N80,000 to N120,000 Naira Monthly aside from the monthly performance bonus.
