We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Ticket and Reservation Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Able to make accurate bookings, reservations, and fare quote tickets for customers.
• Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
• Help passengers to plan for their trips.
• Provide good customer service.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements.

Requirements

• The applicant must possess a minimum of B.Sc or HND
• 2 - 4 years work experience
• The applicant must be vast in the use of GDS ( Amadeus, Galilleo),
• The applicant must have IATA Certification
• The applicant must be knowledgeable in Airline Fare rules, Ticket Cancellations & refunds.
