Job Position: Training Manager

Job Summary

• This role focuses on training, mentoring, and supporting Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) to achieve high performance and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and current MSRs.
• Design and implement tailored training programs and materials.
• Research company products to understand features, benefits, and market positioning.
• Update training and marketing materials to reflect current trends and compliance.
• Collaborate with MSRs in the field for hands-on support.

Requirements

• Qualification: BSc in Pharmacy.
• Experience: 0-3 years.
• Age: Max 30 years.
