We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: UI/UX Designer
Job Location: Remote / Flexible

Key Responsibilities
User Research:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand the needs and behaviors of content creators.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Design Process:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design high-fidelity interfaces for video editing tools, analytics dashboards, and other app features.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.

UX Optimization:

• Ensure seamless navigation and intuitive user interactions for core features like video editing, task management, and analytics.
• Optimize workflows for creators, focusing on ease of use and efficiency.

UI Development:

• Design visually appealing, brand-aligned interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Develop a design system with reusable components for consistency across the app.

Collaboration & Testing:

• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and a smooth implementation process.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterative updates based on data and user feedback.

Requirements
Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications.
• Proven track record of designing intuitive interfaces for SaaS, video editing, or creative tools (preferred).

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Knowledge of user research methods and testing tools.

Qualities:

• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with video editing tools or content creation platforms.
• Experience working with analytics dashboards or data visualization.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or micro-interactions.
