Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Location: Ogbomosho, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Establish standard and emerging operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing and shipping of products
• Plan, develop and implement warehouse safety, security programs and protocols
• Manage and supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing and shipping of products
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement Schedule pickup, delivery or distribution of products
• Review work orders, commodities reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Provide all required documents and reports in a timely manner
• Perform other job-related duties as and when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commodities business. Supply Chain management is highly desired.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor other employees
• Proficient use of Microsoft office
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to use a moisture meter
• Must be result oriented
• Good communication and management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel domestically (up to 50%)
• Suitable candidates must be based within Ogbomosho/surrounding environment or be willing to relocate immediately.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / month.
