Job Responsibilities
Website Manager / Graphics Designer:

• Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Content Management: Manage content publishing, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
• Website Optimization: Optimize website performance, including speed, usability, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
• User Experience (UX) Design: Improve user experience by analyzing user behavior, implementing user feedback, and optimizing website navigation.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality, server errors, and user access.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain website security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website traffic, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to evaluate website performance.
• Layout Design: Design layout compositions for various digital and print media, such as websites, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and posters.
• Typography: Select and manipulate fonts to create effective typographic designs that complement the overall visual aesthetic.
• Color Theory: Apply principles of color theory to create harmonious color schemes and convey desired emotions or messages.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements across different marketing materials to maintain brand integrity.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, IT, and content creators, to align website goals with overall business objectives.
• Budget Management: Manage the budget for website-related expenses, such as hosting, domain registration, and software subscriptions.
• Visual Design: Create visually appealing graphics, including logos, icons, illustrations, and infographics, to enhance brand identity and communication.
• Digital Imaging: Manipulate and enhance digital images using software tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients or stakeholders to understand their design requirements, provide creative input, and incorporate feedback.
• File Preparation: Prepare design files for production, including formatting for print or web, and ensuring compatibility with different devices and platforms.
• Creative Problem Solving: Use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N250,000 monthly
