Construction Manager

Prime Services FZE is a professional hiring agency for leading operators in fabrication, ship repair, marine services and logistics. We now seek to engage suitably qualified and experienced professionals for immediate employment in the position below:

Job Position: Construction Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating, supervising, managing and delivering all construction activities and overall Mechanical Completion of the project in consonance with all contract specification, requirements and project quality, HSE/ budgetary objectives.
• To coordinate and review Client project construction drawings, specification verification and site survey prior to preparation of engineering materials evaluation.
• To Plan, Schedule and Manage all Project / Construction effort and resources and sub-contractors to ensure economic and efficient utilisation of resources to safely drive project workforce to achieve project scope within budget and cost.

Qualifications

• Minimum of First Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• Masters qualification, Project Management certification/membership of COREN an added advantage.

Experience:

• 10-15 years’ experience in directing field construction and shop fabrication for major projects in the oil & gas construction.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in current position.
