We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Direct Sales Agent

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Fixing and developing new market and improving sales
• Meet planned sales goals
• Set individual targets with the sales team
• Promote the company and its other products

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3 - 5 years cognate experience in the travel industry in planning and implementing sales strategies (airline or travel marketing)
• Evidence of previous successful marketing campaigns and achieved financial targets
• Team player, outgoing personality, appearance is important and must be a friendly person with smiles
• Good communicator with excellent organisational decision making and time management skills
• Ability to speak Hausa fluently (an added advantage).

Salary
NGN 52,000 Monthly (Excluding commission of up to 300,000).
