Job Description

• We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and oversee our client’s business activities.
• The successful candidate will also develop and implement effective business strategies.

Summary Responsibilities

• Improve overall business revenue.
• Evaluate performance and productivity.
• Analyze accounting and financial data.
• Oversee daily business operations.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Create and manage budgets.
• Research and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Business Administration / Management related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in retail
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 monthly.
