Role Summary


  • One of the key objectives for Grid Solutions is to do more consortium and convert this execution model to reduced margin erosion. This is a key contributor to flawless project execution.

Essential Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

  • Work with the region and Partnering Leader to ensure a bench of qualified 3rd parties is obtained to meet the current opportunity pipeline
  • Enhance OTR/ITO feedback loop and relationship with key third parties
  • Will support expediting functional approvals to reduce the process cycle time to onboard partners
  • Work with the region partnering leaders to Increase the pool of qualified partners
  • Act as subject matter expert in the new qualification tool (Support Central) and support queries from the regions to expedite the process
  • Be Technical proficient in Grid Solutions offerings including Consortium Agreements
  • Leadership engagement & Customer engagement

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Verified posting/call up letter to Lagos
  • Verified posting by NYSC to GE and completion of the mandatory 3 weeks orientation camp
  • Academic excellence in Engineering, Legal, Social Sciences or IT competency
  • Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of not less than 3.5 (Second Class Upper)
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Good commercial and contractual expertise is a plus
  • Willingness and openness to learn
  • OTR / Project Management Experience
  • Bi/Multi Lingual is a plus
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability
  • A valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate will be required (please indicate clearly on your resume)
  • Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in Nigeria
