Job Position: HR Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop a training and development program
• Assist in the performance management process
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration and Social Science.
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as an HR officer.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and office suite.
• Excellent communication skill in writing and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
