Michael Stevens Consulting is a Management consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Training, Recruitment of Personnel, Outsourcing of Personnel and rendering Financial and Management consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry,Public Sector etc.

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate for the position of:

Job Position: Human Resources Group Head
Job Location: Lagos 

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.Sc. Master's Degree will be an added advantage
• 10-12 years experience and understanding of the end to end HR process and strong consulting skills
• Business development skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience from a Consulting Company as HR Consultant or Supervisor
• Knowledge of HR Projects, such as people culture, change management, performance management, etc
• Must have worked or currently in a consulting Firm.
