We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

• Make new contracts, win new customers accounts & maintain existing customers
• Prepare daily, weekly and quarterly feedback.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals and quotes
• Prepare and update sales reporting tools
• Place order and ensure complete delivery
• Channel customer feedback appropriately
• Keep up to date records of sales and collection
• Keep all customer documents filed on the PC, and back up with hard copy.
• Active involvement in sales promotion events.

Education

• A first Degree in the Social Sciences, Humanities or Business Studies with at least a year post NYSC experience.

Required Skills:

• Must have marketing skills.
• Must have an in-depth knowledge of product.
• Must be able to conduct price analysis.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of Ms Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Must be able to use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiating skill.
• Must be able to create and maintain relationships with customers.
