Job Summary

• A Mechanical and Electrical Contractor Company Located on the Mainland Lagos is recruiting for the Position Marketing/Business Development Manager.

Job Description

• Ability to research and identify new sales leads and market opportunities.
• Ability to prepare and deliver pitches to potential products and oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
• Ability to create, monitor and analyze marketing data, sales interventions/strategy, and achieve sales activity goals such as locating, developing, negotiating and closing business to meet sales target.
• Ability to build and maintain key customer relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Ability to define long-term organizational goals and work with team members to identify and manage risks.
• Ability to improve the organization’s market position, achieve financial growth and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing or Communications related field with certification in sales / Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years proven post qualification/experience as a business developer in a company that offers Mechanical, Electrical and Solar solutions.

Job Position: Production Manager (Furniture Factory)

Description

• Apt understanding and ability to practically implement industry manufacturing policies and processes with minimum or no error rate.
• Ability to create strategy, drive implementation, monitor compliance and write effective progress reports suitable for reference and decision making.
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ability to program and operate SCM CNC Router machine, CNC Beamsaw, Edge banding machines and other furniture equipments.
• Ability to interpret, analyse and process job orders to finish goods.
• Ability to generate accurate cutting list and production drawings (using AutoCAD) from job orders.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and manage furniture production efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to manage production manpower (skilled and unskilled) of at least 60 people efficiently
• Ability to increase capacity utilisation and furniture productivity by at least 70%.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Management or related field with a minimum of 6 years experience in furniture production; three years in a management position.
