Efficacy Construction Company is a Lagos Nigerian based Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Company that specializes in all Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Works.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Architect

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
As a Project Architect, you are expected to:

• Perform space planning according to building occupant count and existing interior architecture.
• Create 3D models in Revit.
• Develop detailed plans and shop drawings using- Autodesk- AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Work on MEP drawings for commercial projects with the guidance of the engineer.
• Develop 2d drawings using Autocad and computer aid 3d models using 3dmax and Sketchup.
• Collaborate with the verification team on test plan, plan coverage points, and IP verification.
• Rebrand the application with CSS style sheets which bring more polish and readability to the UI.
• Carry out other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
• Corporate experience in a construction industry.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
