Job Description
- As a Project Manager at AGS Records Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and drive project success. With emphasizes on the importance of having prior experience in project management, regardless of the field.
- We are seeking a manager who knows how to efficiently allocate tasks, resources, and manage personnel.
- The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead and inspire their team, demonstrating respect and gratitude while providing guidance when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closure of various projects within the organization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project objectives, requirements, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate operational issues back to the business to drive change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of resources and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Some knowledge in Records Management (RM) and/or Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) would be appreciated but not mandatory.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
