ProxyHR - Our client is a new entrant into the gaming industry, with a vision to successfully establish an instant scratch Card Lottery System on a national scale in Nigeria. Instant Lottery Scratch Cards are a form of lottery that is wildly successful in the international scene.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Support Back End -Trade
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Responsible for all related back-end support provision to the Trade (Franchisee & Retailer) segment of the customer pool on escalated complaints from all Trade touch points, requests from Trade customers done remotely, troubleshooting with other departments to ensure resolution, following through on required changes and ensuring that there’s operational synergy up to resolution and feedback to customers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years customer support working with systems and providing back end support.
• Very good verbal and written communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
