We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Recovery Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Skills and Educational Requirements

• A Degree or diploma in Marketing or any related field
• Previous experience in debt collection of at least 2 years
• Sound verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate respectfully
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Sound numeracy skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the collection of outstanding debt from customers
• Recovery of bad debt from delinquent debtors
• Resolving disputes with customers, ensuring that concerns are actioned correctly
• Complete any administrative task as required for the efficient running of the teams activities
• Devising customized recovery strategies on a case-by-case basis.
• Taking ownership of debt collection cases
• Locating and establishing contact with debtors
