Job Descriptions

• We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers and clients in IBADAN and ABEOKUTA.
• To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to solve any business or technical challenges.
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Customer service, as requested by the client. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
• Notify CredPal of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
• Assist in onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Undergraduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
