Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Summary

• We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers on their wine journeys, curating exceptional selections, and fostering a vibrant wine community.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative at Fanzy Wine, you will:

• Provide expert wine recommendations and guidance to customers.
• Curate and manage our wine selection, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging wines.
• Handle wine inventory and maintain proper storage conditions.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for wine enthusiasts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create wine-related content.
• Assist with wine-related events and promotions.

Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
• Certification as a sommelier or wine-related qualifications preferred.

Experience:

• 1+ years of wine-related experience.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry cases of wine (up to 40 lbs).
• Strong passion for wine and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Must from Mon-Sat - 9am - 8pm.

Remunerations

• Salary: N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
