Job Position: Site Engineer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee and manage our existing site and liaise with the head of the department.

Job Description

• Supervise the project for the smooth running of ongoing construction on the site according to specifications of the project as directed
• Ensure permits and licenses from appropriate authorities are processed and collected.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Give a detailed weekly report on activities going on all sites across the country
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology (Second Class Upper) from a reputable University.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must have had 2-5 years post-NYSC Experience, leading and managing sales/marketing teams.
• Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.
