Job Description

• We are looking for a bright Technical Customer Service Executive to sell Polyurethane, Plastics, and Rubber-Related products to the consumers
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Tech Sciences/Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in Technical Sales
• Basic knowledge of polymers
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
