Job Position: Workshop Supervisor/Manager
Job Location: Lagos Nigeria
Job Type: Contract

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end work flow at the workshop in order to increase efficiency and customers' satisfaction
• Manage team leader's activities , job allocation, job flow and job scheduling
• Coordinate operational resource; and workshop staff for improve productivity
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards while working with the required tools
• Collaborate with GM Aftersales, Parts Manager, Technical Instructor to ensure standardization of workshop processes
• Support implementation of ANZEN & KAIZEN culture within the workshop
