ne Precious Life (OPL) Academy is an employment accelerator providing practical and scalable solutions to meet the talent demands of Nigeria’s construction industry. We are founded on the belief that Nigerian construction workers can deliver services to world class levels if given access to the right skills and opportunities, anchored on globally-recognized standards.
We currently have a database of 4,000 construction personnel and an extended pipeline to more than 10,000 professionals in the Nigerian construction industry and we are on a mission to raise the standard of labor and bridge the skills gap in Nigeria’s construction industry by equipping local construction talent with industry relevant skills and connecting them to available job opportunities.
Our operations are hinged on a clear sustainability strategy comprising of four (4) major pillars including our expanding network of partnerships with training institutions, industry bodies and corporate organizations, our rich database of construction professionals, our strong group of experienced facilitators, and our use of superior data management technology
