You must have experience with computers and basic designing on computers. You should be able to handle and maintain complex computer tasks, and do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible. Familiarity with website design would be helpful but is not necessary.
Candidates must be talented, motivated, intense and interesting.
Top-notch communication skills are essential. Ability to think critically, intelligently, and independently are also essential.
You will be required to work long, hard, and smart during week days.
Your compensation will include meaningful profit sharing.
