Job Position: Account Officer
Job Location: Mainland, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecast
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g. ICAN) an advantage
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Busy)
