Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Account Officer plays a dual role, serving as both a customer service representative and a field vendor on boarding agent for Fast Gas and Fast Logistics. This position is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding the company's vendor network.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support, handling inquiries and resolving complaints
• Conduct field visits to onboard new vendors onto the company's app
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records
• Assist in retaining and growing the customer base
• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and vendor onboarding targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Proficiency in CRM software and mobile applications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
