Job Position: Ad Creative Designer 

Job Location: Remote or Yaba, Lagos (office based)
Employment Type: Full-time (3 month probation)
Hours: Monday to Friday

Description

• We need a designer who can produce high converting ad creatives at speed.
• This is not a role where you make one pretty graphic and wait for feedback. We need 20 ad creatives per day. That means you must know how to use AI design tools like Nana Banana, ChatGPT, and others to move fast while still producing work that looks professional and sells.
• We already have product photos and model images. Your job is to turn them into scroll stopping ad creatives that make people click, add to cart, and buy.
• If you cannot deliver 20 quality creatives in a day, do not apply.

What You Will Do

• Design 20+ ad creatives daily for Instagram and Facebook (Meta Ads)
• Create static images, carousel ads, and story format ads
• Use AI tools (Nana Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up production without sacrificing quality
• Work with existing product photos and model images to create ad variations
• Test different visual hooks: before/after layouts, testimonial cards, problem/solution formats, lifestyle shots with text overlays
• Study what competitors are running and create better versions
• Understand what makes an ad convert: strong hook in the first second, clear product shot, benefit driven copy overlay, clean CTA
• Resize and adapt creatives for different placements (feed, story, reels cover)
• Take feedback and produce revisions same day
• Stay current on Instagram and Facebook ad trends, formats, and best practices

You Must Have

• 2+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on social media ads or performance marketing
• Proven ability to produce high volume creative work (show us your output, not just your best 3 pieces)
• Experience designing ads for Instagram and Facebook that actually ran as paid campaigns
• Strong eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll: colour contrast, bold typography, clean layouts
• Ability to use AI tools for design (Nana Banana, ChatGPT image generation, or similar). If you are not already using AI in your workflow, this role is not for you.
• Understanding of direct response advertising: your designs must sell, not just look good
• Proficiency in your tools of choice (Canva Pro, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or any combination). We do not care what tool you use, we care about the output.
• You can work remotely or from our office in Yaba, Lagos. Either way, 20 creatives that convert, every day. No excuses.
• Ability to work independently without hand holding

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing ads for beauty, skincare, health, or FMCG brands
• Experience with A/B testing different ad creatives
• Video editing skills (even basic: adding text to reels, motion graphics)
• Understanding of Meta Ads Manager (knowing what ad formats perform best)
• Experience working with ecommerce brands running daily ads.

Salary
N150,000 to N200,000 / month depending on experience.
