We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Contract Duration: 6 Months with the possibility of extension

Job Summary
- The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering regular administrative support to the country team and to consultants involved in Ipas engagements.
- Additionally, the Administrative Associate is tasked with overseeing office operations, managing office supplies and equipment, and performing various administrative duties that facilitate the efficient functioning of daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversees the operations of the front desk.
- Coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Key Success Metrics: Maintenance schedule developed for office equipment and updated monthly
- Maintain efficient and smooth operation/management of office facility (cleaning, equipment repairs, utilities, water supply, generator)
- Key Success Metrics: A Cleaning roster is developed and followed.
- Key Success Metrics: The generator Usage register is developed and captures all activities pertaining to the generator
- Key Success Metrics: Maintenance schedule developed for office facility and updated monthly
- Ensure proper office vehicle utilization
- Key Success metrics: Quarterly report of vehicle utilization is shared.
- Manage office consumables (office materials like stationery, cleaning & hygiene,): that will include collecting the requests on monthly bases, maintaining the stock, monitoring usage
- Key Success Metrics: Report on office consumables usage shared quarterly
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Salary
The salary range for this role is between NGN500,000 to NGN650,000 monthly (Inclusive of taxes).
