Job Title: Analyst Trainee

Job Description

• May learn to review electronic insurance applications and / or other risk documentation. Learns to review basic underwriting requirements; refers applications or endorsements requests for further underwriting analysis when above authority limits.
• May learn to order, review and take appropriate action on required reports, endorsement requests, service requests and general correspondence.
• Learn to analyze individual risk pricing for new business submissions and renewals against template expectations, and assists making appropriate changes, within authority.
• Learn to monitor entry / processing to ensure data integrity and to avoid potential systemic issues.
• Assist in reviewing paperwork and / or applications for signatures, dates and other considerations to ensure that coverage may be issued. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of a good first degree (MSC/MBA is an added advantage)
• Quick Learner
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Good Presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Package.
