Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, ensuring that they not only meet the necessary regulations and standards but also reflect our company’s commitment to sustainability and aesthetic appeal.
• This position requires a strong understanding of architectural practices and the ability to envision and communicate complex designs to clients and stakeholders.
• You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and construction managers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution.
• The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and project management skills to deliver outstanding architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural plans and specifications for various projects.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess project dynamics.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and regulations.
• Prepare and review architectural documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to establish project goals, constraints, and design preferences.
• Create and present detailed project proposals and design concepts.
• Stay up to date with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven 10 years of experience as an Architect working on high rise architectural projects.
• Active architectural license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address design challenges.
