Job Position: Audit Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Audit Officer to join our Internal Audit team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits and reviews of our financial and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational audits of company processes and systems.
• Identify and evaluate risks, and develop audit plans to address these risks.
• Conduct fieldwork, including interviews, observations, and testing of transactions.
• Analyze data and prepare audit reports, including recommendations for improvement.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to management and the audit committee.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial and operational auditing principles and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA).
