Job Description


  • The required individuals are expected to deliver premium online marketing services that yield obvious and measurable results.
  • The Brand/Administrative Officer should be passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • He/she would also supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

The Brand/Administrative Officer’s duties include:

  • Branding of client’s orders;
  • Manages external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies;
  • Develops brand standards and usage guidelines;
  • Manages schedules and deadlines;
  • Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with regards to budgetary constraints;
  • Monitors costs and expenses to assist in budget preparations;
  • Oversees facilities services;
  • Plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes;
  • Ensures operations adhere to policies and regulations;
  • Responsible for day to day running of the office.

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix highly creative with ability to think outside the box
  • Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices excellent command of the English language.
  • B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Prospective applicants must have a good and defendable University degree with a minimum of second class upper division (2.1) and not more than 30 years of age.
  • Relevant work experience will be an added advantage
