Job Brief
- We are looking for an experienced Brand and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for promoting and efficiently managing the Company’s brand and marketing functions.
- S/he is to ensure that the company surpasses its brand and marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manageand executeall marketing activities for the company
- Creating the marketing strategy for the company in line with its strategic goals and objectives.
- Creationand publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Responsible for brand management and corporate identity
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications efforts
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns and some sales activities
- Support Sales & Retail teams with merchandising materials, flyers, roller banner, digital selling tools etc.
- Preparethe company’s brand and marketing budget.
- Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to track business planning
- Foster relationship and growth between the company and Key Accounts, as well as address complaints and areas for improvement.
- Marketing communication materials.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Supervise content deployment on all social media platforms
- Supervise coverage of all Promotions, Campaigns, New Product Development, Events & Activations, etc.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Ensure all events and sponsorship activities represent the brand in accordance with company policies
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
- Supervise the upload of articles and ensure that the company pages gain or exceed the set number of followers, likes, post, traffics etc.
- Track all activities on the Company social media pages
- Perform other duties as may be assigned to you.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of a First Degree from an accredited University
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to create brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Relevant professional certifications and training is an added advantage
- Experience in identifying target audiences and using effective campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of brands and marketing trends
- Highly creative and able to produce innovative and original ideas
- Understanding of market research
- Time and project management skills
- Team working skills
- Ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and come up with excellent campaigns.
