Role Positioning and Objectives
- It's an 18-months fast-track to management, with unprecedented international exposure that's geared specifically for high-potential Individuals.
- Our Global Graduate Programme – Operations helps you develop outstanding Manufacturing, Corporate and Commercial skills.
- You will gain understanding of various operational areas, including Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Service, Product Innovation.
- Working in challenging markets and on complex projects, our team has a broad view of the business, and collaborate to deliver business needs. We act responsibly and adaptively, improving efficiency and crafting one truly integrated global manufacturing team.

Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Graduated with Bachelor’s in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain or Quality
- No more than 3 years of post graduate experience
- Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
- Analytical and decision-making skills and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program completed
- Self-motivation, initiative and drive to succeed
- National and/or international mobility
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
