• Implement action plans to achieve sales target
• Drive changes to improve the business
• Evaluate market opportunities and ensure the follow up of new sales leads
• Communicate high quality and relevant feedback and reporting to Business Director

• Experience in the sales and fashion retail
• Proximity to Surulere environs
• High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasiveness
• Adaptability, openness, risk taking, dynamic, listening abilities, curiosity
• Product and Fashion sensitivity
• Mastering computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Mastering Social media skills (Instagram, FB, Twitter)
